Large, modern rooms - and we really appreciated that breakfast is served until 11 on weekends with checkout at noon. What we appreciated less was the hotel staff member who stood outside our room’s door loudly proclaiming his many grievances about his work schedule and having a nice long gossip with his friends for several hours beginning before 7am. Our room’s door loudly was near the lobby, but we still don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some level of courtesy - particularly since there were many guests only a few steps farther away eating breakfast, and we couldn’t hear them at all, so this person was LOUD. So maybe get a room a bit farther off the lobby, but aside from that it’s a good location and value.
I stayed in room #124 5 days 4 nights. The room was clean for the most part. I seen minor details that couldve been better. I found a piece of a wrapper on the floor so not sure how well it was vacuumed. Only issue i had with room is 2 bulbs were burned out but there was plenty of lighting that i did not ask to replace. I did let them know at the end of my stay. I did not have housekeeping tidy the room during my stay but i had plenty of towels, extra roll of toilet paper and plenty of paper towels to last my stay. Room is very spacious with a large fridge and kitchenware including a toaster.The hotel front desk agent placed me in a very convenient room to let my dog out as well as load and unload my car. Only issue is back door intermittently had issues working properly and a couple times i had to walk around building to get in. Overall i had a great stay. i I would stay again. Highly recommend.
Nice place.to stay. Bathrooms could have been cleaner to my standards, but overall was very present. The front staff where so kind and amazing. Would stay again.
I travel a lot for work. I wanted to say this is the BEST breakfast I have EVER seen at a hotel. The staff is so amazing and welcoming too. Highly recommend if you need a place for the night
I had a very comfortable stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood and would happily stay here again. From check in to check out, everything felt smooth and well organized. The best part was the spacious suite. Having a separate living area made it much easier to relax after a long day, and it truly felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.
Labor Day weekend was very pleasant here! Darian, the front desk manager, made sure all of my room needs were met even with a short staff! Above and beyond! Housekeeping was great as well as the director of the hotel. Ask for Darian ladies & gentlemen if you stay here. Location is a plus. Right off the freeway. I also left my computer there (smh) and they held it for me so that was really great customer service. I definitely am for guests to stay here.
i stay in a lot of hotels, and this was without a doubt the best night of sleep i’ve had in one in YEARS. the bedding was comfortable, stayed cool through the night, and it didn’t give that kind of humid feeling some hotels can get. the late night desk staff member was so sweet and helpful, too. can’t ask for much more than that for a one night stay!
We were greeted with a smile & laughter! Check-in was quick & easy and we were off to our room! Well lit halls, room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.
